Pennock is a leader in Perth recruiting Professionals and Executives for the Exploration, Mining and Services industry. Pennock was founded in 1997 by Rowley Pennock and was joined by David Pennock in 2007. Both Rowley and David have a great understanding and passion for the industry and are very well connected in the Exploration and Mining Industry.

David Pennock
Managing DIRECTOR

David Pennock started recruiting with Pennock Executive Recruiting where he has worked very closely with companies sourcing professional employees of the highest calibre. David specialises in recruiting technical Professionals and Executives in the mining industry. David’s knowledge of the industry, companies and projects is exceptionally strong. David is a qualified Geologist from Curtin University and has a passion for the mining & exploration industry.

David is a Director of an ASX Listed Metal Hawk Ltd. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientist (AIG), WA Mining Club and Associate of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC).

Rowley Pennock
bUSINESS DeVELOPMENT mANAGER

Rowley Pennock draws on over fourty years of management experience. Rowley worked for the Shell Company of Australia for twenty one years where he held senior management positions in operations, marketing and finance throughout Australia. In particular he was Shell’s Operations Manager in Western Australia for five years reporting to Shell’s head office in Melbourne. In 1993 he moved into executive recruiting in Perth and soon after set up Pennock Executive Recruiting based in West Perth

Rowley holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics both from the University of Western Australia. Also, he is a qualified Certified Public Accountant and a member of several industry bodies such as AMEC, the Mining Club, The 500 Club, the Celtic Club, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Australian Institute of Energy. Rowley networks extensively in Western Australia and regularly attends Mining and Oil & Gas Conferences.
