ROWLEY PENNOCK – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rowley Pennock draws on fourty years of management experience. Rowley worked for the Shell Company of Australia for twenty one years where he held senior management positions in operations, marketing and finance throughout Australia. In particular he was Shell’s Operations Manager in Western Australia for five years reporting to Shell’s head office in Melbourne. He received additional training at Shell’s headquarters in London. In 1993 he moved into executive recruiting in Perth and soon after set up Pennock Executive Recruiting based in West Perth.
Rowley holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics both from the University of Western Australia. Also, he is a qualified Certified Public Accountant and a member of several industry bodies such as AMEC, the Mining Club, The 500 Club, the Celtic Club, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Australian Institute of Energy. Rowley networks extensively in Western Australia and regularly attends Mining and Oil & Gas Conferences.
DAVID PENNOCK – CONSULTANT
David Pennock has over 10 years’ experience working with Pennock Executive Recruiting where he has worked very closely with companies sourcing professional employees of the highest calibre. He began recruiting junior professionals such as Accountants, Geologists and Engineers which over time has progressed into recruiting senior management positions such as Financial Controllers, Chief Financial Officers’, Exploration Managers, Mine Managers and also Managing Directors. David’s knowledge of the industry, companies and projects is exceptionally strong and he understands exactly the right fit for every company.
David studied Commerce and Economics at Murdoch University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University & the WA School of Mines. David has a passion for the mining/exploration industry and is doing further studies to have a greater understanding. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientist (AIG) and Associate of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC).
SANJA IVANCEVIC-PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Sanja joined the Pennock team in August of 2018. Previously she has been a Contracts Administrator- Construction. She is currently at University of Western Australia completing her Bachelor in Biomedical Science and Engineering while working for us full-time.
